DESCRIPTION: An exterior innovation project for a residential building at 5 Headland Road, Repulse Bay. Construction on concrete fence wall, footing, excavation, metal fence wall, metal gate installation. We provided minor workclass I and minor work class II submission, repainted the external area of the planter wall and parking area, installed conduit for security system and cabling for external lighting system.

PROJECT: Side stream Treatment Facilities at Shek Wu Hui Effluent Polishing Plant

SIZE OF STRUCTURE: 32.7m (max. Width) x 34m (max. Length) x 9m (Depth)
DESCRIPTION: The E.L.S. and the as mentioned reports were submitted to Drainage Services Department for acquiring approval. It is a temporary earth support for the future construction of permanent underground E&M Building. The founding level is 9m below ground. The E.L.S. comprises of sheet pile, king posts, waling and struts. Formwork and falsework design for R.C. permanent structure is submitted to suit the structural framing plan. Method statements are submitted to suit the construction progress and planning, and to identity the site difficulties and provide possible solution. Pile cap and foundation design are submitted to suit the site changes and for cost saving.

DESCRIPTION: The steel elevated walkway was submitted to the Hong Kong Housing Authority for acquiring approval. This walkway comprises of two main structures which are structural steel frame (for main body) and fins/metal balustrade. Its structural capacity and integrity of the steel member and support are designed with fulfilling the requirement stated in the Building Regulation and Hong Kong Code of Practice.

DESCRIPTION: We worked as the contractor designer and submitted the structural checking for the opening of Road L1 BC2 for this project. Additional works include the improvements to several existing roads and development of related infrastructure such as drainage, sewerage, footpaths, utility tunnels, and landscaping.

DESCRIPTION: The New Tuen Mun Swimming Pool for LCSD serves as the prerequisite for the development of the A16 Station for the Tuen Mun South Extension. Our proposal saved USD$6M on foundation. Additionally, we submitted a design for hoarding, temporary site road ELS for pile cap and ELS for drainage.

DESCRIPTION: CEDD dress up project at Shing Fung Road, Kai Tak. We provided modify works and refinished the existing staircase. In addition, we installed an aluminum louvre and GMS cladding on ventilation shaft and carried out tiling works on existing matching cover and planter wall.

DESCRIPTION: An office decoration project in industrials building at Kowloon Bay Po lung Centre. We renovated three rooms including conference room, open office area, warehouse and toilet. We divided the office area with dry wall and glass wall. Submit minor worksclass II submission on window replacement, entrance door replacement and air-conditioning installation.

PROJECT: AP & RSE Consultant Service for A&A Works at Tung Wah Group of Hospitals Wong Fung Ling Memorial Building

DESCRIPTION: We provided AP and RSE services for BD submission and approval of proposed additional steel platforms for AC units at 5/F. It included supervision under the AP & RSE streams, with TCP T3 monitoring to ensure construction aligns with BD-approved drawings.

DESCRIPTION: We provided consultancies, structural design and analysis for the construction of Public Rental Housing Development Phase 2 in Diamond Hill. Our proposals fulfilled design intents and safety requirements for every design item and attained official approvals from the Independent Checking Unit under the Housing Bureau of Hong Kong.
The design items includes hoisting beams, aluminum claddings, maintenance steel platforms, covered walkways, glass balustrades/steel railings and steel staircases.
